Dr.Kapil Jain
MBBS-SPMC, Bikaner Alumni
A medical professional turned education leader, Dr. Kapil Jain brings over two decades of experience in academic management and student development. An MBBS graduate from Government Medical College, Bikaner, he currently leads school operations in Bikaner and oversees one of the region’s newly acquired institutions under the AITS network. His journey from medicine to education reflects a strong belief in discipline, empathy, and conceptual understanding as the foundation of effective learning. Dr. Jain combines analytical precision with human-centric leadership to ensure operational excellence and student well-being across campuses.
O.P. Godara
IIT Delhi, Alumni
An engineer and education innovator, O.P. Godara leads growth, strategy, marketing and investor relations at AITS. With a strong foundation in school operations and partnerships, he has worked with Avanti Fellows and has also cofounded and led Tinkeerly (formerly SRJNA) - both known for advancing access and quality in K-12 education. His focus lies in developing scalable, impact-driven school models for emerging tier 2 and 3 Indian cities, ensuring that every institution under AITS combines academic excellence with strategic vision and financial sustainability.
Kapil Arya

An engineer and education designer, Kapil Arya leads Curriculum, Research & Development, and Operations at AITS. A Chemical Engineering graduate from IIT Delhi, he brings a sharp analytical mind to the creation of experiential and future-ready learning systems. Having spent over a decade developing innovative academic frameworks, he focuses on integrating technology, design thinking, and skill-based learning across schools. His work ensures that every AITS institution delivers learning that is conceptually strong, research-informed, and aligned with the evolving needs of modern education.
Pritesh Meena
IIT Delhi, Alumni
An engineer by training and educator by conviction, Pritesh Meena oversees school operations at the Deoli campuses under the AITS network. A B.Tech and M.Tech graduate from IIT Delhi, he brings more than eight years of academic experience and a strong grasp of both pedagogy and management. His focus lies in strengthening conceptual learning and classroom delivery while building efficient school systems. Pritesh blends technical insight with educational empathy — ensuring every school he leads maintains high standards of quality, discipline, and student engagement.
